V8 Finder Pro2: no DVB-T reception (Germany)

I set my new V8 Finder Pro2 to language "German".
- Satellite DVB-S reception works (tested Astra 19.2°E)
- It also works with Cable DVB-C (with change of symbol-rate to 6.900 MBaud and QAM256 as needed for most German networks like Vodafone).

Terrestrial DVB-T does not work, doesn't find any channel.
I've some experience with DVB-T reception, so I probably did it right.
What can I do?

After a few tests, I received DVB-T on two existing antenna connections - but only with an additional preamplifier on the device (which is not necessary with other testers or conventional receivers here).

It seems to me that the antenna input has an internal 20dB attenuation for some reason - is this true?
If so, does this also apply to the cabletuner?
