Finder Pro 2 won´t start after disconnecting battery.

Post by CC-Army »

Hi,

I got the GT Media V8 Finder Pro 2 and everything was fine, even after updating the firmware.
The f connector got loose and the inner conductor broke off. After resoldering the device wont turn on anymore.
When connecting the charger the charging light switches on and thats it.

Check the F connector for a short.
Check the battery cable and the cable to the video board.

You could also try a forced USB recovery.

Try a different charger, one that offers 9 and 12v type C.
I found my pro 1 did not charge on a 5 volt only, but did on a c type car charger.

If the battery does not see charge it will not allow turn on.

Greetings from the engineers of GTMEDIA company, since the arrival of this finder and the products of this company, unfortunately I have not seen any correct calibration on the V8 PRO V2. I have a history of working with the X Cruiser company. I fixed it and shared all the problems with the company and within 70 days all the problems were solved and this finder fix set was finalized. I don't see any specialist from GTMEDIA here to cooperate. If there is, please reply so that we can fix the V2 series at least. , Thanks
